Warmup Activities

​

Below you will find some suggestions for warmup activities. Choose one of the following to complete before your main activity.

10 mins of walking OR

3-5 mins of Jogging

Jog outside on the street/side/backyard or find a place inside to jog (could be as little as 10 feet long).

Climbing Stairs

If you have access to a set of stairs in

your residence set the timer for 2 minutes

while you walk up and down.

Eg. Walk one stair at a time, two stairs at a time etc

Skipping

If you have a skipping rope and enough space,

find a place where you can perform 150-200 skips.
